My husband passed away and I now have the issue of his huge computer “stuff” This guy has been over the top helpful in his advice of what to do with what. Bob had a lot of leftovers from the store he once had in Renton so there’s a lot of things to figure out how to get rid of.

The folks at COMMAND have been a big help to us. I appreciate their expertise. I hadn’t backed up anything and my computer died. They were able to retrieve all our stuff. I now back my stuff up and take my computer in whenever the regular maintenance things I do at home don’t seem to combat all the trash I gather while surfing the web.

I’ve known the owner for a few years on Facebook. I ran into a nasty snag on my laptop and he offered to remote in and help me out. Having a small bit of knowledge of software repair, I could really appreciate his thoroughness and care to keep everything above board. Within a relatively short amount of time, my laptop was all cleaned up and ready to get back to work, and all without me having to leave my home. As far as pricing is concerned, Command Computers is more than reasonable. I would recommend and use again, although, I do hope I won’t have to lol. Thanks Michael!

So helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure everything was working and spent a ton of time with me and transferred all data from my dead computer to the new choice I made and made sure I had everything my old computer had plus more space and ram. Will return here if I need any upgrades or other assistance.

Honestly after reading some of the reviews it seems that maybe this man is just more Mac friendly than pc? Because I brought him my MacBook Pro (which I can usually fix myself but this time I was perplexed and needed help) and he completely fixed it and it in just a few hours, so I had a good experience with him.

I truly could write a book on all the ways Mike and his team helped me and my computer troubles! About 3 weeks ago I brought in an older Dell tower running Windows Vista on my home computer. Now I am not what you would call “techy” nor “computer savvy” but I do research quite a bit and after attempting to solve my computer issues independently with no success I headed to COMMAND.COMputers. Mike answered every question I could think to ask and really went above and beyond for me. When it came to getting me set up with wifi, updating my software, getting rid of bugs, or installing simple things like Microsoft Office I was so impressed with the overall kindness, generosity, and sheer knowledge I received.
A gigantic thank you to Mike and his team for such a great computer. I’ve been running it now for about 3 weeks and have had zero issues. So grateful for this small business in the Maple Valley community. I will definitely be a returning customer and will continue to recommend COMMAND.COMuters to friends and family. Thank you again!

I have not brought anything in for repair, but did stop by and get a video card & monitor from him while he was still moving in and not yet officially open. I ended up getting a higher end video card from a manufacturer (amd/ati) i usually do not buy from as he does not stock any Nvidia cards. No 4k monitors, had to go to frys for that and nvidia card. Owner was nice and answered my questions was very polite with what appeared to be somewhat knowledgeable.

Mike has single handedly saved me from a previous string of website/hardware/software consultants that messed up my websites, ruined my SEO, and made the technical side of our businesses miserable. Everything has been consolidated, SEO is in order, hardware and software work properly, new landing page and full websites are awesome, and his efforts on our behalf are second to none. Awesome repair shop! So I have a MAC laptop and an old one in todays times 
It has not been working right for a while to the point where I was unable to open most websites, could not save anything to the laptop hard drive, frequently had errors and programs that would just shut down….. The fan was also out and had been for a while. In general the only thing it was good for was looking through photographs and as a graphic designer thats not good!
I took it to a small shop near my office in another town. The owner was an apparent Apple technician who embarked on his own… I question this since he was not helpful nor did he repair my computer! They did nothing really other than wipe the computer clean then reload my software… after that it did not work at all!
We had a friend of ours run over his laptop and he took it to Mike at Command Computers. He was able to repair my friends laptop so he could use it again, so I thought let me see how he does with a MAC. I did not want to drive the hour it can take to the Apple Store. Mike ran my computer through several diagnosis to check the hard drive and the inner workings of my computer. He explained things very well (even though some of it was foggy to me), gave me options AND stayed under my budget and right on what he said it would cost!!
It took a couple of weeks, but that to me was worth the wait! My computer works like it did when I first purchased it back in 2008, including the fan!! I have more memory and it actually shuts down when you turn the computer off instead of taking 15 minutes like it used too!!
I highly recommend Mike and his repair shop in Maple Valley, WA!
Thank you Mike for giving me back my freedom and my laptop!

Mike is the best, has been able to diagnose and repair every single hardware and software issue we’ve ever had, amazing for a guy who is self taught, he is very generous with his time. While he’s probably a little out of the way for most people out in Maple Valley, he’s worth the trip.
